She is a fear fighter
Jenny Jitters is known for her sharp intellect. Though she loves to learn, she would prefer to find her answers in books or online articles. She thrives on the thrill of research, uncovering facts that many of her peers overlook. With her quiet demeanor, she prefers to blend into the background rather than draw attention to herself, a trait that both comforts and confines her. Jenny grapples a feeling all too familiar to many of us, anxiety. She is constantly caught in a struggle between her desire for comfort and her longing to step out of her shell. As Jenny navigates the world around her, she must find the balance between embracing her strengths and confronting her fears, all while discovering her own path amidst the noise of adolescence.
Why is Dayna important?
The Dayna Daydream series does the research for you. Each book showcases a specific job and is based on an interview with an inspirational woman who has that same occupation. Children will learn about fields within the profession that will spark interest and curiosity. Dayna books focus on friendship, teamwork, and women empowerment. The characters learn about each other and about themselves as they journey into Dayna’s imagination to solve problems, gain knowledge, and build confidence.
Also included in each book are: answers to common questions, examples of various fields of the profession and definitions of common terminology used within the field. Children will enjoy ideas for pretend play and thoughtful questions as each book concludes with practical tips and activities.
